slow wi-fi outdated rooms
The lack of a coffee machine in the room was annoying. I mean, come on. the rooms felt a bit dated too. Closing all the lights and curtains before bed reminded me of a mission. there was no handy button next to the bed to control them, quite inconvenient. the room size was large, but it didn't make up for the poor lighting control! also the wi-fi was very slow!

cigarette smoke downgraded room
the location WAS excellent. the gym had adequate equipment for a decent workout.
the check-in process FELT disorganized. despite arriving after the stated check-in time, my booked room WASNT available. i ended up with a downgraded room and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. completely unacceptable situation.
